SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Plucky Reach, you agree to the following terms:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from Plucky Reach. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• You consent to receive SMS notifications, alerts, and service-related messages from Plucky Reach to the phone number you provide.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and interactions.
• Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods, services, or completing any transaction with Plucky Reach.
• You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message from Plucky Reach.

• Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Plucky Reach reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS messaging program at any time, with or without notice.

Termination

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
